I’m feeling a bit of buyer’s remorse with this one. The order showed up in a flimsy little box with almost no padding, and the corners were totally crushed by the time it got here. The item looked like it had been tossed around in transit, which is disappointing considering the price. I really wish they’d put more effort into the packaging.

I ordered it because the photos showed a soft beige, but in person it’s more yellow/tan and dull. I know screens vary, but this was way off. Bummed, since the color was the main reason I bought it.

I needed to exchange something because I’d guessed the wrong size. The process was mostly clear, and support got back to me in about a day or so. The replacement showed up in good shape, and I got enough updates along the way to know what was going on. I’m giving it 4 stars because the wait felt a little longer than I expected, but overall it worked out fine.

I reached out because I was having an issue, but support didn’t really get it sorted. The replies took a while and didn’t help much. I’m still stuck with the same problem, and I’m sure other customers would feel frustrated in the same situation too. Not a great experience.

Getting a refund from papallou.com was way more hassle than it needed to be. They told me it was being processed, but then days went by and nothing showed up. I kept checking my bank and having to email them, which felt ridiculous for something that should be straightforward. Their replies weren’t terrible, but the whole thing dragged on way too long. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I got this from papallou.com it didn’t hold up long at all. After just a few weeks, parts of it were already coming apart, and it’s not like I was using it rough or anything. I thought it would be better than that, especially with how it seemed at first. Disappointing overall, like that one part just shouldn’t have happened so soon.

It runs smaller than I expected, so I’d probably size up if you don’t want to risk it being too snug. I’m still able to wear it, but I’m glad I tried it on before fully committing

The site showed the item as "in stock," so I went ahead and placed my order. Then after ordering, I found out it actually wasn’t available. Annoying, because I wouldn’t have wasted my time if the info had been accurate. They really need to keep their stock updates more current

I ordered from Papallou and the package got here quicker than I expected. Tracking showed up about a day later and everything arrived without any problems. I’m not giving it 5 stars because the updates were a little slow in the beginning, but overall the shipping speed was good

I tried to return it and felt like I was getting nowhere for what seemed like ages. The whole process was maybe more complicated than it needed to be, and it got frustrating after a while...

The material feels cheap. Rough on the skin. Not soft. Not comfortable at all. I didn’t want to wear it for long.

I bought this based on the description, but what arrived wasn’t what they said it was. If they can get the product info this wrong on one item, it makes me question how accurate the rest of their listings are. Disappointing.

I was disappointed with this. After just one wash, it started falling apart, so the quality really didn’t hold up for me. I also wish the care instructions had been clearer, because I expected better guidance on how to wash it properly

I tried using the site, but I ended up giving up quickly because it just felt harder than it needed to be. The menus were also confusing to me because I couldn’t really tell where I was supposed to go next, and a few things felt like they were hidden in places I wouldn’t naturally think to look. Maybe if I had spent more time clicking around I could have figured it out, but the combination of slow loading and unclear navigation made me lose patience before I got very far.

I just don’t think it’s worth the money. It feels way too expensive for what it actually is.
